What we collect

When you purchase a driver license, we collect the information needed to fulfill and support that license: your email address, order details, and the device/processor identifiers required to issue and validate your license key. When you download the free Protect Streams Utility, we collect only the contact information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver license keys, provide self-serve recovery of a lost key, notify you of driver updates that affect your license, and provide support. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Payment information

Purchases are not yet available on this site — the buy buttons on driver pages are placeholders. When purchasing is enabled, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

Data retention

We retain order and license records for as long as needed to support your license, including self-serve recovery, and as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by emailing hello@syndrivers.com, subject to what we're required to retain for active licenses and legal/accounting obligations.
