1. Who we are

Syndrivers ("we," "us," "our") builds and licenses software drivers that integrate third-party devices with Crestron Home control systems. These Terms govern your use of the syndrivers.com website and any driver software you license from us.

2. License grant

Each driver is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a driver grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that driver on one Crestron Home processor, per the per-processor licensing note on that driver's product page. Licenses are sold separately per driver; no site-wide or multi-driver bundle license is offered at this time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute driver software except as expressly permitted here. You may not use a driver license on more than one Crestron Home processor at a time without transferring the license first (see our Refund Policy for the transfer process).

4. No warranty of fitness

Drivers are provided "as is." We work to keep drivers reliable and compatible with current Crestron Home releases, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every device firmware version, network configuration, or future Crestron OS release.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syndrivers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our drivers or website, including damages related to smart-home device malfunction or downtime.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product catalog grows. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
