Refunds & Trials

Trial-first, not refunds

SynDrivers is a trial-first business: every driver runs in trial mode when no license key is installed: full features, time-limited per driver load. Evaluate on your own Crestron Home processor before you buy; purchase a license when the driver has earned its place on the job.

How licenses work

Licenses are delivered digitally and minted to a specific Crestron Home processor at the time of purchase. Once a license is minted, all sales are final, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

What isn't a refund

A MAC address typo entered at checkout is corrected free of charge: file a License issue ticket and we re-issue the key by hand. The first replacement of a failed or decommissioned processor is handled the same way, at no charge, once you confirm the old processor is no longer running the driver (see the Software License Agreement, §5). Neither of these is a refund.

Questions

We're email-first: reach us at support@syndrivers.com with your order number. We aim to respond within two business days.

FAQ

Can I move a license to a different processor?
Yes, by request. Keys are node-locked and verified offline by the driver, so there is no self-service transfer: file a License issue ticket from the account that bought the license and SynDrivers re-issues the key for the new processor — free for the first replacement of a failed or decommissioned processor. Further transfers are at our discretion.
Can I try before I buy?
Every driver runs in trial mode with no key installed; load it on your own processor and evaluate it in place before purchasing.
